The
VOCareer.com Scholarship
The voiceover industry
is its own community and we feel it is important to give
back. Each year we will award one scholarship to a performer
who cannot afford the necessary training, tools and equipment
to fulfill their dreams of becoming a voiceover talent.
Scholarship recipients will receive:
* Tuition free
* 6 voiceover-business lessons
* 6 voiceover-performance lessons with renowned voiceover
coaches
* The entire VoiceHunter.com Guide to Breaking into Voiceovers
book series
* A fully produced voiceover demo.
Recipients may also be eligible for additional items such
as studio equipment, voiceover marketplace website memberships
and other training products that may be donated in cash
or goods from other members of the voiceover industry.

Eligibility
and Requirements
- Be a United States citizen & a current legal
resident of the U.S.
- 18 years of age or older
- Have a annual household income of less than
30K per year
- Have a passion for voiceovers, acting and performance
- NOT be a professional, paid voiceover artist
already working in the VO industry

- A written essay (no more than two pages) detailing
your desire to enter the voiceover field and why.
- A recorded version of the essay, as spoken by the
applicant. This recorded audition may be submitted via
CD, e-mail
of mp3, or via telephone voice mail at a phone number
we will provide.
- A copy of your most recent tax form will be required
for qualified applications |
